They had to install electrical, cut a hole in the metal roof, and run a metal pipe through the roof. They were extremely organized and clean. We had a major problem with our west side of the house due to rotting 6 x 6 posts, which were placed in the ground upon the initial construction. CHR put us in the front of the line to fix the problem. Concrete trench/footers put in and new 8 x 8 columns installed bring us up to code. New deck completed. And a number of other projects done. Our house is safer, way more user friendly and much more enjoyable. Hand-picked crew is very knowledgeable and does great work.
